In March 2003, we received ISO 9001: 2000 for the design, manufacture and sale of plastic polyurethane, silicone and thermoplastic. The certification was made by TÜV Rheinland InterCert Kft.

Quality management system compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certyficate replaces held since March 2000 ISO 9002 Certyficate for the production and sale of polyurethane products.

We meet the specialist requirements in the scope of:

MVSS 302 standard concerning the flammability of materials used in the interiors of passenger vehicles, multi-purpose passenger vehicles, trucks and buses,
Directive 95/28/EC concerning the flammability of construction materials for certain categories of motor vehicles,
Toxicity and flammability standards for integral foam elements for "IKEA",
PN-EN 1021-1:2007 and PN-EN 1021-2:2007 flammability standards for integral foams,
Safety of use (strength) of laboratory and workshop chairs and stools with polyurethane (PU) seats and backrests.

We also received positive results of laboratory tests in the scope of:

bactericidal properties of integral foams,
fungicidal properties of integral foams,
electrostatic properties (ESD) conforming to the PN-EN 61340-5-1 standard.

We cooperate with research institutes and industrial laboratories where testing suitability for use and durability of elements made of polyurethane. Safety of the other components - if necessary - is tested in specialized laboratories.
