Integral foam

Polyurethane integral foams are plastics that have compacted solid outer shell called skin and porous inner core. With this feature, they can be an alternative to traditional materials such as wood, metal, thermoplastics and thermosets, distinguishing durability and resistance to external factors, as well as the structure of the touch-friendly and harmless to health.

Applied technologies allow you to get the foam properties:

electrostatic
bactericidal
fungicides
retardant

and a variety of physical and mechanical parameters:

density 200 ÷ 600kg/m3
hardness 20 ÷ 80 ShA
surface resistance 10⁴÷10⁶

The use of polyurethane integral foams:

furniture - armrests, seats and backs of the chairs of industrial, laboratory, etc.
medicine and rehabilitation - mattresses operating tables, footrests, armrests
automotive - vehicle steering wheels, seats for road and agricultural machinery, tractors, bumpers, fenders
sports and recreation - bike seats, mattresses to exercise, covers for playgrounds, spa tubs pads, helmets

We use IMC (In Mould Coating) technology, which produces a high-quality molded surface in the desired RAL colors.
